Membership in ACFAOM

Fellow status is available for
Diplomates of, i.e., board certified by, the American Board of Podiatric
Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine (ABPOPPM.)
Associate status is available for those who have
successfully completed the qualification examination of the American Board of
Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine (ABPOPPM.)
Resident membership is available to podiatric
residents enrolled in programs that have been granted candidate status or have
been approved by the CPME.
Student membership is available to
students enrolled in colleges of podiatric medicine accredited by the CPME or
in a recognized, equivalent foreign college of podiatry recognized by the
Board of Directors.

All ACFAOM members must also be
members in good standing of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA.)
